Climate Change is Real: Camarines Norte hit by Floods

It was in the news over the weekend. Floods hit Camarines Norte and many parts of Bicol were underwater.

As far as I can remember, it is the first time that my hometown is declared under the state of calamity because of provincial-wide floods.

I think it is already a clear evidence of a changing climate pattern. My own hometown Labo in the province of Camarines Norte is flooded.

My skin crawl upon seeing the video footages in television.
